Step 1:

Choose your preferred destination and complete the 3 day/2 night Seize the Moment Getaway Registration Form.

Step 2:

Activate by mail or online.

Mail the completed form along with a $50 refundable deposit room guarantee in US dollars and your requested travel date to:

Step 3:

You will be contacted approximately 45 days prior to your 1st requested travel date to begin the reservation process. Upon booking your getaway you will receive a completed itinerary in the mail confirming your travel date with directions and check-in times. Please note that reservation forms must be received 60 days in advance of your selected travel date.
